hgvs 1.4.0 is out!

hgvs 1.4.0 was just released.

The most significant change in this version relative to hgvs 1.3.0, released in May, is that 1.4.0 drops support for Python 2.7.

This version also drops the biopython dependency (thanks to Alan Rubin) in order to reduce dependencies.
