Next week: Technical intro to the biocommons

As promised, I'm planning on having a technical intro to the biocommons at the next devs meeting on June 10. I've included an outline below, but would love to get input about questions that you all want answered.

• hgvs, seqrepo, uta, and friends: dependencies and interfaces
• seqrepo: design goals, implementation
• uta: features, design, challenges
• hgvs: main modules, tests, challenges
