Based on voting in #maintainers, our monthly meeting has moved to first Thursdays 10-10:50 PT. The next meeting will be Mar 5.

1) Let's also use this time change to gather new input from maintainers about what will make this meeting worthwhile and effective. Please contribute ideas to this retro board.
