Mon 8/12: deep dive into the hgvs package

Over the last two meetings, we've discussed bioutils, uta, and seqrepo. These were all leading up to their main client package, hgvs. I was planning on walking the group through hgvs layout at this month's meeting.

However, we currently have only 4 attendees and I'm considering postponing.
