Hi all-

hgvs 1.3.0 was released last night. It contains a few new features, mostly experimental.

As has appeared on this list and in the changelogs over the last 6 months, all biocommons packages are migrating to Python >= 3.6. The plan is discussed at https://github.com/biocommons/org/wiki/Migrating-to-Python-3.6.
