Abstract: Dr. Kar will present his research on the JAK/STAT pathway, highlighting the role of SOCS1 in inhibiting aberrant activity. His work involves extensive molecular dynamics simulations, shedding light on the conformational plasticity and inhibition mechanisms of JAK1. The findings provide insights that could inform future drug design targeting JAK1 selective inhibitors.
