In 2026, the management of advanced-stage (Stage III/IV) Classical Hodgkin's Lymphoma (cHL) focuses on intensifying frontline therapy with novel agents to improve progression-free survival (PFS) above 90%, utilizing PET-adapted strategies to minimize long-term toxicities. Brentuximab vedotin (BV)+AVD and Nivolumab+AVD (N-AVD) have become standard first-line options, with BrECADD increasingly favored for high-risk patients.
