“Whole Genome Sequencing and Metagenomics using Linux and Python

This workshop is designed to provide practical exposure to genome
analysis and metagenomic data processing using computational tools and
programming approaches. Participants will gain experience in:

Linux-based bioinformatics workflows

Whole genome sequencing (WGS) data analysis

Metagenomics data processing and interpretation

Python-based scripting for bioinformatics applications
