GATK Pre-Workshop on Germline and Somatic Variant Data | 18-20 Jan 2024 | Limited to 30 delegates

We are pleased to announce the GATK Workshop on “Identification and interpretation of Germline and somatic variant data using GATK toolkit”, which will be held as a pre-conference workshop on 18-20 January 2024, from 9:00 to 17:00 each day.

The workshop will be taught by experienced instructors from the Broad Institute, and will cover a wide range of topics, including:

• Germline Single Nucleotide Variant and indel Variant Discovery
• Somatic Single Nucleotide Variant and indel Variant Discovery
• Germline Copy Number Variant and Complex Structural Variant Discover

The workshop is limited to 30 delegates, so please register early to reserve your spot.

Preference will be given to the participants who are attending the conference as well.
