Dear Prof./Dr./Authors,
We hope this message finds you well.
It is our great pleasure to invite you to contribute a chapter to our upcoming edited volume, titled "Next-Generation Food Bioactives: Mechanisms, Technologies, and Translational Applications", to be published by Elsevier. This book will be released in both print and digital formats and made available globally through Elsevier’s renowned ScienceDirect platform (www.sciencedirect.com), reaching a broad international audience of researchers, professionals, and students. The print version will also be accessible via leading online booksellers.
On behalf of the editorial team, we would be honored to include your valuable contribution to this publication, considering your expertise in the field. If you are interested in participating, we kindly request you to select a chapter title from the proposed Table of Contents (see below). As per the publisher's policy, each contributor may select up to two chapters.
