It gives us immense pleasure to invite you to the Rajasthan Biotech Conclave 2026, organised by Dr. B. Lal Institute of Biotechnology in collaboration with Atal Incubation Centre (AIC), Banasthali Vidyapith, and supported by Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC) and Department of Science & Technology (DST), Rajasthan. The conclave will be held on 25th February 2026 at the Rajasthan International Centre, Jaipur, 09:00 am – 06:00 pm.

India’s biotechnology sector is on a strong growth trajectory, with the national bioeconomy advancing toward the ambitious USD 300 billion milestone by 2030. As the country progresses across its four major subsectors—BioIndustrial (47%), BioPharma (35%), BioAgri (8%), and BioResearch (9%)—the next phase of transformation will be driven by the seamless integration of biology with digital technologies, AI, and advanced engineering systems.

With this vision, we are proud to launch the first-ever Rajasthan Biotech Conclave under the theme:

“BioE3 in Action – Driving Economy, Environment, and Employment Through Biotechnology.”

The conclave aims to promote high-performance biomanufacturing, foster a circular bioeconomy, and accelerate innovation in smart proteins, precision biotherapeutics, AI-enabled agriculture, and climate-resilient solutions—contributing meaningfully to the vision of a sustainable and self-reliant Viksit Bharat.

This premier one-day gathering is expected to host 2000+ delegates, including industry leaders, policymakers, investors, researchers, startups, and global experts. The event will feature:

1. Keynote Sessions on:
   • Biotechnology as a Catalyst for State-Led Innovation, Sustainability & Inclusive Growth by Dr Praveen Roy
   • Bioeconomy 2047: India’s Roadmap to Self-Reliance by Dr Jitendra Kumar
2. Panel Discussions on:
   • From Policy to Prosperity: Rajasthan’s Roadmap in India’s Bio-innovation Decade
   • Science for Society: Making Biotechnology Accessible, Inclusive & Impactful
3. Roundtable Discussion on the emerging BioE3 Policy. The outcomes of the deliberations to be submitted to the Department of Science & Technology, Government of Rajasthan, and the Central Government.
