Dear Galaxy and Bioconductor Communities,

This is a friendly reminder that the application deadline for the JXTX Scholarships and JJ Travel Fellowships to attend the Galaxy and Bioconductor Community Conference 2025 is quickly approaching! Please submit your application by April 1, 2025.

JXTX Scholarships will support four outstanding graduate students in genomics and data sciences to attend GBCC2025 with the following opportunities:

• First Tier: Two scholarships covering conference registration plus transportation (up to US$1,000).
• Second Tier: Two scholarships covering conference registration only.

JJ Travel Fellowships will sponsor up to two graduate students or postdoctoral researchers to attend GBCC2025. 

Key Dates:

• Deadline for applications: April 1, 2025
• Winners announced: April 10, 2025

Applicants must plan to present their work at the conference as a talk or a poster.
