Know Your Risk for Breast Cancer.
Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women worldwide. In many Western countries, roughly 1 in 8 women (about 13%) will develop it at some point in her life. That sounds daunting — but here’s the encouraging part: about half of all breast cancers can be traced to risk factors we already understand, and several of them are within your control.

Should You Consider Genetic Testing?
Most breast cancer is not inherited. But a strong family pattern can point to a gene fault worth checking.
