Greetings from Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology!
We are pleased to announce our Summer Internship Program 2025, organized by the Cancer Biology Lab, Centre for Molecular and Nanomedical Sciences, International Research Centre. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in advanced molecular biology and cancer research techniques.
🔬 Program Highlights:
Flexible dates and durations (One-week and One-month programs available)
Comprehensive hands-on training in:
Cell culture, cytotoxicity assays, and apoptosis studies
DNA, RNA, and protein isolation and quantification
Electrophoresis and SDS-PAGE
qPCR, primer designing, and data analysis
Flow cytometry and cell cycle/apoptosis analysis
Short-term project opportunities in:
Teratogenic and toxicological studies using zebrafish embryos
Anti-cancer drug toxicity assessments
Gene and protein expression profiling
👩🔬 Who Can Apply?
Undergraduate, Postgraduate Students, Research Scholars, and Faculty from relevant life sciences backgrounds.
💰 Program Fee:
Program 1 to 4: ₹5000 per program
Program 5: Based on study scope and duration
🛏️ Accommodation: Available upon request for outstation participants for free (subject to availability)
