Dear Sir/Madam

We have developed the Database “AllerBase”, a comprehensive allergen knowledgebase. Published in Oxford Database Journal (https://academic.oup.com/database/article/4157991/AllerBase-a-comprehensive-allergen-knowledgebase?searchresult=1).

It is a knowledgebase of allergens and allergen related features such as IgE-binding epitopes, IgE antibodies and cross-reactivity. The experimentally validated data on allergens and its features has been compiled by extensive search and manual curation from the published literature along with immunological, allergen and primary bioinformatics databases. The database provides an in depth coverage of allergens and related data with cross-references to primary, immunological and allergen databases.

Go through this database when you will get free time and share your comments with me. Your valuable suggestions are most welcome.

Dear  Rajiv and Kiran e ta l.

Heartiest congratulations.  Looks very interesting and exhaustive.  We will look into it.

As you have added allergens across all spp, it would be nice if you can add small molecules such as (DNA) aptamers to these allergens.  Further classification of whether or not they have high/low affinity would be of great value.

Thank you for sharing your work.  Congratulations again!

Kind regards
Prash
