Early Career Investigator Presentation and Poster Award   At EBEC2024 you have the chance to win an Early Career Investigator (ECI) Presentation or Poster Award worth 500 €. This award recognizes outstanding research contributions by early career researchers. One of the awards will be sponsored by the International Coenzyme Q10 Association and will be awarded to an ECI conducting research on Coenzyme Q10. As an overall rationale for its non-profit activities, the International Coenzyme Q10 Association effectively aims to coordinate international efforts that promote basic and applied research and dissemination of knowledge about Coenzyme Q in cellular bioenergetics, antioxidant defense and all other cellular functions in which supplementation with Coenzyme Q10 can have preventive and/or therapeutic effects. It is therefore a very important goal for the International Coenzyme Q10 Association to recognize the valuable studies presented at EBEC2024 that show original results on the molecular mechanisms of Coenzyme Q10 or its homologues and analogues. Eligibility: Conducting research focusing on Coenzyme Q10 Undergraduate and graduate students PhD students actively enrolled in a PhD (doctoral) program Researchers with less than 8 years of experience from the date of obtaining their PhD/doctorate (or equivalent) to the date of the conference How it works: Register for EBEC2024 at regular prices until June 30. Submit your late-breaking abstract until poster spaces are filled. Judging: Presentations and posters will be evaluated by a panel of experts – further details coming soon. The awards will be handed out during the Closing Ceremony on Saturday Aug 31.
