Dear all, OLS is thrilled to announce that Nebula, our 6 week cohort-based Open Science training programme is back and applications are already open!

What is Nebula? The program integrates practical training with individual coaching, supporting participants to apply open science principles, skills, and tools in their work. This programme was developed for NASA and you will get NASA certification upon graduation.

When? The next cohort starts on April 14th, 2026, and ends on May 21st, 2026, with synchronous training sessions running from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm UTC on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

How much does it cost? Nebula participation is FREE of cost, though we encourage solidarity payments to help with our internet minigrants for participants who might need them.

Any other doubts? Join our Q&A session on Thursday the 12th at 3pm UK time, or contact nebula-cohor...@we-are-ols.org for further information.

Ready to apply? Applications are already open and will close on 20th March. Register here!

Feel free to circulate among your networks: Nebula is open to researchers, dRTP and any other research adjacent role interested in improving their open science practices!  All the best,

The Nebula coordination team
