HCA 2024 General Meeting Milan, Italy 
We would like to invite you to attend the 2024 HCA General Meeting in Milan, Italy. The meeting will take place between 09:00 CEST on Sunday, 29 September and 18:00 CEST Monday, 30 September, and will be held at UNAHotels Expo Fiera Milano.
Please join us if you want to actively contribute to building the first draft of the Human Cell Atlas.
Plenary and small-group discussions will review insights from the initial atlases and cell type annotation efforts and discuss approaches for expanding the diversity of, and access to, HCA Atlases. The sessions will also explore cross-tissue data integration and annotation strategies; and develop a roadmap for incorporating spatial transcriptomics into future Atlas versions.

Registration fees are waived for researchers coming from a Low- or Middle-Income Country (LMIC) as defined and classified by the World Bank. Subject to the availability of funding, we have a limited number of travel stipends to offer those who are from LMICs. Travel stipend winners will be notified in late July - early August.
Please note that HCA is unable to offer discounted registration fees to other attendees, including session leaders, speakers, and poster presenters.
Following the two-day plenary meeting, some HCA Working Groups will meet on Tuesday, 1 October, at the Human Technopole in Milan. Working Group chairs will contact their respective groups in due course.
