Greetings from NIT Warangal.
We are pleased to inform you that the Centre for Training and Learning (CTL), NIT Warangal, in association with the Department of Biotechnology, NIT Warangal, and the HPC – Medical & Bioinformatics Applications Group, Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), Pune, is organizing a joint Faculty Development Program (FDP) titled:
“High Performance and Cloud Computing in Life Sciences: From Genomics to Health Care”
Dates: 25–29 March 2026
(25–27 March: Online Sessions | 28–29 March: Hands-on Offline Training at NIT Warangal)
The FDP will cover contemporary topics including bioinformatics foundations, microbiome analysis, single-cell transcriptomics, multi-omics integration, structural bioinformatics, molecular modeling and simulations, HPC applications, cloud computing in life sciences, molecular docking workflows, and molecular dynamics simulations.
This program is intended for faculty members, researchers, PhD scholars, and industry professionals working in life sciences, computational biology, and bioinformatics domains.
