Since the Wheat Belly book was released we all have gotten many questions regarding the impact of wheat breeding on the healthfulness of wheat. Recently I got this draft paper "Wheat Improvement: The truth Unveiled" prepared by the National Wheat Improvement CommitteeUSA. I found this very interesting and good response to Dr. William Davis book "Wheat Belly".
The paper has been uploaded to the Washington Grain Alliance consumer-focused website (http://www.thebestgrains.com/wheat-improvement-the-truth-unveiled) and WGA will run a promotional campaign on social media and other sources centered on this piece. Please feel free to tweet the link.
