Thank you, Mitch.
I will try to look more deeply into this, certainly.

re Millennium Project 2018 Report http://www.millennium-project.org/state-of-the-future-version-19-1/
Lloyd:
I do not know if you are aware of the new Report, and I have only reviewed the summary - I am almost certain there is nothing in the report on Biochar - and on that point the writers should be taken to task - much as I have in what follows from my own interests and observations.
I trust you will explore it to determine if Biochar is in the Report or have someone from the Biochar Industry do so.
M
P.S. bet you even money there is nothing on Biochar because parameters for this report was established 18 years ago.

Greetings Jerome:
I find it ironic that the two following quotes are in your summary document.
1) Global ethics is emerging around the world through the evolution of ISO standards and international treaties that are defining the norms of civilization.
and 2) “The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Paris Climate Agreement provide the most powerful common agenda the world has ever seen for achieving peace and prosperity on a healthy planet.” —The UN Global Compact
--To bring to your attention that the UN Global Compact has obstructed the implementation of the ISO 26000 - to have these quotes and not recognize the role that the UNGC has taken with regards to the ISO 26000 may be considered as irresponsible reporting. I consider it so. You cannot say so as I did bring this to your attention several years ago - and the UNGC has not changed its tactics with regards to the ISO 26000.
and ... I find it unusual that your report is dealing with the 15 touch points and NOT the 17 SDG's.
I think a report dated in 2018 - long after the 17 SDG's have been articulated is a curious decision with regards to presentation. Students of the world are looking to the 17 SDG's and if your work is to be taken seriously - a merging of the two must at least be attempted - this is not an endorsement of the 17 SDG's as I am of the opinion only a 12 sectoral analysis is necessary - based upon the 12 sector model we presented to you several years ago. this whole world systems design is being used by many of the wisdom carriers on the planet, and it would make sense to have your reports fit into what the elders are looking to - rather than going back to the design you established 18 years ago and has proved somewhat inadequate.
I have not reviewed your whole report, and I do not think I intend to - but I had the utmost hope for a practical use of the information that your team has put together over the past 18 years - but the manner in which you have accomplished this task is most questionable.
Perhaps an epilogue commentary is in order - the reader should be warned of the obvious short comings.
Peace
MItchell L Gold
P.S. I also think that some commentary ought to be made with regards to the United Nations, and the United Nations Resident Coordinator - such position just being redesigned by the Secretary General of the UN. This observation also ought to find its way into the Epilogue as well as noting that the particular design the SG is using is little better that the old design as he has NOT made a change in the manner in which donor countries relate to the UNRC position. Again not pointing this information out to the reader might be considered irresponsible.
