Biochar Documentary

Coming to Hawaii for two days sometime in the next month is a group
filming a documentary about biochar. They are looking for farms where
biochar is in use, preferably with the ability to show comparisons.
Other situations such as biochar production, research, or education
will be of interest as well.
The group has already traveled the mainland from east to west and
Hawaii will be the last stop.
If you have anything that you feel would add to the documentary and
would like to take part, please let me know. I will be hosting the
group on this Island.

I agree it can be fantastic - but there are videos determined to kill something as well. Do you know any of the groups previously visited? I'd be glad to try to research this a bit.

This is a video that EcoTechnologies Group is producing. I believe that it is funded by a non-profit. The intent is to convey a message beyond just ETG interests. I was interviewed by the team on Monday. They are good people. One has helped John Miedema with his prototype. The other is clearly experienced in the business. They are both personally interested in implementing biochar in the Republic of Guinea. So far they have a lot of "bobbing heads" like mine. I hope that Josiah can show them examples of biochar applications and maybe take them through a cook. One of my favorite images is the pictures of Josiah's son running through the rows of biochar enhanced taro. Maybe you can recreates something like that for them to film.
