Heya fellow Estufa Finca stove builders and users...
I documented my first solo stove build a long time back and ended up using the pictures set to help teach others to do the same over the past few years...
They've come in real handy in giving a overview of the various stove build steps and provide an easy to understand step by step instructions to have for workshop attendees...
I ended up getting the build instructions into a true printable book form in time for the
joint Antioch/SeaChar/ Pacific Bamboo Resources I led back in November 2012.
I uploaded (and shared) a stove build pdf for the Estufa Finca 5 gallon Farm Stove here.
https://docs.google.com/file/d/1qGmmo5VzqLvRcQXhsgPH2f7Q46Ts4chus-NzuK_MCqOhSaYKpdHNZIDkOAmh/edit?usp=sharingthe book is still a Alpha / Beta release
(a couple of spelling errors, a couple of missing photos, and lighting/user instructions).
if you are handy (and have the materials and tooling) you should be able to build a stove from the step by step instructions...
it's still very beneficial to actually attend a workshop
(especially if Art Donnelly is going to be there)
since so much material is covered
along with the comradely that is built by being around others that are making a positive change for our environment.
unfortunately workshops usually only happening in the Pacific North West or Costa Rica
so felt this being a much needed resource for the community if we want a wider adoption of this technology.
Art has a video on his youtube channel that goes into how to load, light, and use the Estufa Finca here...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=00JT8gX3aXs&feature=share&list=PL82C858F24F7BC449since I don't cover lighting and using the stove in the workbook
