Dear Colleagues,
I run the tutorials (first_model and mechanical interactions).
I obtained the paraview files.
However, I do not have possibility to use version >5 of the paraview, right now.
I used the version 4. I observed the colours are  dark blue only,
I produced *csv files. In the place of "colour" the are all zeros.
Is a problem of paraview or any other ?

Did you set Paraview to color by color attribute? (See Section 6.7.1 Step 9 in http://biocellion.com/documentation/Biocellion-1.2.pdf)

Hi Elek,

If you are working on "Building the first model", then the color is not setup in "Biocellion" files, but in Paraview. I think we use the "calculator" tool in Paraview to compute the distance of each cell to the center of the system; and Paraview color the cells according to that distance. If you do that you will get something similar than the video.
