Potential mistake in model-gut for GCP

Hi all,

I am using the biocellion installation on the google cloud disk image. Was trying to run the model-gut simulation, but in gut.xml, the output path is specified as "/home/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/Desktop/BIOCELLION_RELEASE/biocellion-user/model/output". I believe it should just be "./output"

Correct, you need to update the path in the gut.xml file based on your directory structure.

We will update the default path and directory structure in the Cloud release to avoid confusion.
