NAR wiki issue?

Can you put together an abstract to describe the BiO.CC wikis for a
NAR pre-submission enquiry quickly? The title and abstract should go
to narda...@gmail.com before the end of today (the 1st, US time).
It would be great to have some text describing the ideas behind the
wikis!
