PDB RDB on BiO.CC updated

As a test I have updated the PDB relational database on BiO.CC

Previously...
...

Not sure why the number of PDB's went down over Xmas...

Isn't pdbwiki being updated from bio.cc?

Not yet, the update still runs from molgen.

Thanks Dan for doing the update, I'm going to do another test run of the update pipeline with that new version.

Anyway weird that the number went down, could that be because the rsync didn't work properly?

Maybe. Unfortunately the cronjob still isn't emailing the list. I'll
switch to a file logged cronjob, so we can check the output. Here is
the new crontab entry:

45 11 * * 3 /BiO/Store/DB/PDB/update.sh > /BiO/Store/DB/PDB/update.log


I'll also run that now.
