I added a new Release Instructions page on the wiki:
We're planning on making a few releases in the near future. These will be unofficial since the API is still in flux, but it will help us mark milestones and have stable versions for internal use.

Development is now on branch v0.3-dev. I deleted the v0.2 branch. An opam package is available, but again, we consider releases unstable at this point.
