Two legends for a tree

I am trying to color the tree edges (custom color) and then color the tips with different color for each year. But this doesn't seem to work.

tree3<-ggtree(midpoint(treh1), size=2.0, aes(color = clade), show.legend=TRUE) %<+% annoth1 + scale_color_manual(name="clade", values=clade_col)

tree3 + geom_tippoint(aes(color=levels(annoth1$year)))
