Is it possible to change the width of the cell border in gheatmap? I have a large tree (~800 tips), which causes the cell border to take up the majority or all of the cell when I plot my data matrix.

There is no option in the gheatmap man page to change the cell border width (I am using v 1.8.2). If anyone else is having this problem, I did discover that setting color = NA removes the cell border. Having an option to specify the width might be a nice addition for the future.

The cell border width is proportion to the heatmap width and indeed has an option for it.
