Hello all:

I've gotten into the habit of using branch width to show clade support in my tree figures but typically do this manually. It recently occurred to me that there could be a way to do this programmatically in ggtree but I have been unable to figure it out on my own.

What I want to do is specify a branch/line width using the "support" parameter of the tree as a threshold. For example, all branches with support >= 0.7 will have width = 4 while all branches with support < 0.7 have width = 2. Is this possible?

Cheers,

Hi,

any news on this? It would be a nice feature actually resembling iTOLs functionality "Branch metadata display -> Bootstraps / metadata -> Display -> Width" (branch widths are calculated from the metadata values).

Cheers Bastian
