Label tips with long edge length

Dear ggtree experts,

I have a maximum likelihood tree generated by iqtree that has a few hundred tips. I would like to add tip labels to those with a long branch length (branches that stick out in my tree due to possible bad sequencing quality and therefore needs to be repeated). My tree is a S3: phylo object and I see an edge.length variable. Is there a way to show tip labels for those with certain edge.length (e.g. edge.length > 0.001)?
