Alex Bangs from Entelos (our sponsor too) turned out to be an extremely helpful last minute helper:
"I should be able to get you 20 chairs, we have some stackable ones that should work. I'll plan to bring them by a little before 12 on Wednesday — I have a call at noon that I'll have to take and then I can catch up at lunch. We need to figure out with IFTF how we can do loading/unloading of things since they are on University which is not a loading-friendly street unless you are darned lucky in getting a parking space."
I am positive that the organizer team will be able to handle the loading/uploading situation around 12 on Wednesday.
