Importing new data into graph database

I've tried looking for documentation and examples but could not find anything that clearly instructs how to upload new databases into Bio4j-Titan. I'm looking at formats such as OWL, OBO and SQL, and more specifically MESH and HPO data. Can anyone provide me with some guidance? I must say that i'm new to Bio4j and so detailed instructions will be very much appreciated.
