Type of queries on Bio4J

Hello,

I'm doing my master thesis on : "Design of an in-memory biochemical database for assisted drug design".

To define the needs for my project, I need the help of peoples that are using biochemical databases. I've already implemented a basic model and I want to improve it.

If you are using Bio4J, maybe you can help me. I would like to know,

1. Why are you using Bio4J?
2. What is your job?
3. What kind of queries are you performing on Bio4J? And what kind of queries would you do on my database?
