Importing a piece of a module

Hi,

I come to you again to have some help :)

I want to import some modules but only a little piece of them. I want to implement queries and test them on a little part of the whole data.

For example, i want to import 20 genes, their expressions, their regulations and the interactions between the proteins they express. Is it possible?
