Proper link for downloading bio4j

Hello,

Can any one provide me the proper link for downloading bio4j.

The most popularly cited link (https://github.com/bio4j/bio4j) does not hold few files.

So provide me the proper link to download bio4j.

Hi Pavan,

I apologize for the inconveniences but we're carrying out a major reorganization of Bio4j platform (including repository changes, documentation updates, code refactoring, a more robust release system, and much more...)

Bio4j is growing quite fast and we needed to do all this before everything got out of hand.

Unfortunately all this is taking us a bit longer than we expected but as soon as things are sorted out (it shouldn't take more than a week) I will let you all know.

Please bear with us till then.

Hi Pablo,

Thanks for your reply.

Could you brief about importing databases (Say KEGG) which is not existing in the current version of Bio4j.

Is it we just have to add few lines in executions.xml has mentioned in the link (https://github.com/bio4j/bio4j/blob/master/docs/bio4j-modules.md) to import KEGG into Bio4j. If this is not the correct way to import, please brief me about the procedure.

I have gone through the bio4j google group questions, you have mentioned that we need to use either Germlin, Cypher or Java API and you have recommended to use API's. If this is the case, can you provide me the link which shows importing of databases using Java API.
