Regarding Bio2RDF release 5

I have been expecting for the release 5 of Bio2RDF since last 1.5 years.
Could anybody let me know the tentative release date for that?

There is no specific date planned for such a release. I encourage you to checkout the source code and build a newer version locally. https://github.com/bio2rdf/bio2rdf-scripts/wiki/Developers
