Hi all, we are using the bio2rdf SPARQL endpoint for ClinicalTrials in our project, but currently it is down (a few hours back it was still working).

We noticed other SPARQL endpoints on bio2rdf.org are down as well (like PUBMED). Are the admins of bio2rdf.org aware that the SPARQL endpoints are down? And does anyone know how long they will stay down?

Thanks in advance!

Kind regards,

Barry

Hi Barry,
There's currently only one endpoint for bio2rdf -> http://bio2rdf.org/sparql
It's back up.
Cheers,
m.

Dear Marina,

There is an official UniProt consortium sparql endpoint at
that you can use as well.

This one is updated monthly in sync with the UniProt releases.
If you have questions about how you can use that endpoint feel
free to write to he...@uniprot.org.

Regards,
Jerven

P.S. Michel they are down again...

Hi Michel,

It seems that the main endpoint http://bio2rdf.org/sparql is still down for last 3 days.

Hi all,

we are using http://clinicaltrials.bio2rdf.org/sparql in one of our project, but it's already down for a few days.

Does anyone know if it will come online anytime soon? Or has it been moved to http://sparql.openlifedata.org?

Thanks for providing bio2rdf!

Kind regards, Barry

Hi Barry,
Sure, feel free to use the openlifedata endpoint. I've just moved to Maastricht University, and we'll be setting up new infrastructure for bio2rdf/openlifedata over the course of the year. Stay tuned!

Kind regards, Barry

Can't remember. That instance is due for reloading anyway.

It is up right now.
