There is a named graph called "http://bio2rdf.org/cpath" in Bio2Rdf...

"cPath" is an open source software, not resource name, developed by Pathway Commons (pathwaycommons.org); so a better name for the graph would be, e.g., http://bio2rdf.org/pathwaycommons or http://bio2rdf.org/pc. Because other people can also use the software, load some pathway/interaction data, host a similar web resource, and share the RDF/XML archives. The same is true about our new BioPAX L3 software called "cPath2" and future "Pathway Commons 2" web service (test instance is currently available at http://purl.org/pc2/current/ and http://webservice.baderlab.org:58080/fct)

Uh, I probably discovered this graph name from the resource that uses older (or own) bio2rdf...

correct. that dataset comes from prior to Bio2RDF release 2.
