I am looking at the php files to transform the data sources to bio2rdf. the phps are fine but before there were php there were some kind of mappings in xls or txt or something. could someone share those mappings? who ever did the php probably worked the mappings as xls or as txt. I am after the mappings. thanks.

Hi Alex,
We have mappings for release 2 in the github repo [1]. However,
these are really out of date compared to the latest version of data
(release 4). Amrapali has been working on developing semi-automated
methods to improve these mappings. More work needs to be done to
finalize them, but perhaps she can share them.

Hi Alex,

We worked on a semi-automated method to map Bio2RDF classes with those of SIO using LogMap and NCBO Annotators. The data, methods and mapping are available at https://goo.gl/O8rxr2, specifically in https://goo.gl/7VX8Tr. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks.
