Hi Umutcan,

Michel has opened a bug for this on the GitHub tracker:

https://github.com/bio2rdf/bio2rdf-scripts/issues/213

Thanks,

Peter

Hi all,

I'm integrating some data from different datasets, and I encountered this issue at bio2rdf drugbank ontology.

SELECT DISTINCT  ?p
WHERE
{
[] ?p []
}

When above query was ran against sparql endpoint, all properties were listed. But clearance didn't have a URI, instead it's represented as"drugbank_vocabulary:clearance". And as far as I see, this is the only one. I wonder, if this is a bug that missed from human eye.

Cheers

Umutcan

Hi,
 Please refer to the pre-computed statistics which can be found in the downloads directory:

e.g. for drugbank:

here's how you access the graph:

so, yes, you are quite right that the URI is not properly formatted. i've added this as an issue:

and it'll be fixed for the next release.
