With only minor interruptions from my little son, I tuned in to
yesterday's webinar on "Findability: Designing the Search Experience",
given by Tyler Tate. It covered lots of good stuff about designing
search interfaces to aid the findability of information... an
important part of user experience design.
For those of you who didn't catch it (it was at 18h00 GMT, which was a
bit inconvenient for some of us, but there you go... ), I've written
