Problem Set 2 has been posted (see http://groups.google.com/group/bio-5329/files).
It's a bit long and rough so please plan accordingly. Problem Set 2
is due at the start of class on Nov 16.

As a reminder, Problem Set 1 is due at the start of class on Oct 10.
