Fixed problem in Question 2.2 of PS 3

Hi All --
Someone pointed out a problem with Question 2.2 of PS 3, so I've
posted a new version with a slight revision. Instead of the factor of
\pi appearing in the numerator in initial distribution (2) of Question
2, it now appears in the denominator -- this leads to correct
normalization of the Gaussian.
