simplify-fasta not found

Hi, 
I was trying to use Binsanity for the first time. binsanity/0.2.6.4 is already installed on our research computing hub. To simplify fasta header, I tried to use simply-fasta command but it says command not found. Please help. Thanks


module load binsanity

module whatis binsanity

Thank you for pointing this out, that script is being overlooked when install binsanity via pip. I'll fix this in the newest version. For now you can just download the script from github and throw it into your path. It should run from there.
