Hi there,

I am trying to use the BinSanity tool, but I am not sure how to create a coverage profile. I have a metagenomic sample.

Best regards, Julio

Hello Julio,

You can find that information here: https://github.com/edgraham/BinSanity/wiki/Usage

But to summarize you first need to assemble the sample, map your reads back to the assembly to produce bam files, sort those bam files, and then you would implement `Binsanity-profile` which takes as input your fasta file and a directory containing all of you bam files.
