BinSanity v0.2.5.9

Hi Everyone,

I have gotten a lot of comments over the past month relative to some issues in the execution of some of the BinSanity scripts. The newest version v0.2.5.9 addressed those issues, particularly the following:

• Fixes the error received when runnine `Binsanity-profile` on a single bam or sam file.
• Changes the way `Binsanity-wf` deals with the files it generates to prevent the unwanted renaming or movement of files/directories. 
• Adds in an exception to the `Binsanity-wf` script to deal with situations when the low_completion folder is empty

If there are any parameters or other options you'd like to see included in BinSanity in the future please let us know!
