Hello,
I trying to install and test BinSanity on our CentOS 7.1 cluster.  When I execute Binsanity-wf I get
the following errors.  Do you have any insight as to how to correct the problem?

Thank you

Hello,

We had some issues with the the last updates to that script I have been trying to work through. I finally got the `Binsanity-wf` script working, so try updating via pip or github to version 2.5.8 which I just uploaded. Let me know if you still have an issue running it!

Regards,
