Important: GSEU May Day Rally On Campus this Wednesday

Hello fellow GAs/TAs of Binghamton,

The Graduate Students Employees Union (GSEU) will be having a rally for all the GAs/TAs on campus for international workers day, on Wednesday May 1st. The rally will begin sharp at noon in front of Library Tower by the wooden pegasus sculpture.

The administration has denied us the raises we were promised and also deserve. It is time to let all the higher ups including President Harvey Stenger know that we will not let this happen and will fightback as a strong labor union. The media will also be there so here is your chance to voice your overwork/underpaid complaints or concerns to the wider community.

We all know that SUNY works as a campus because we grade, we prepare for discussion sections, we teach, we monitor labs, we hold office hours. Now its about time that GAs/TAs united in solidarity voice this truth on May Day and demand higher pay.
